Patchouli is a bushy herb of the mint family of plants - native to tropical regions of Asia, extensively cultivated in countries such as China, India, Thailand and Vietnam. The Patchouli oil, distilled from the leaves using steam, is used widely in the fragrance industries.

Herb & Earth incense sticks from Nippon Kodo are based on a thin bamboo stick core – slender in style and coming in a variety of shades, depending on fragrance. These thin bamboo sticks create low amounts of smoke, which allows you to enjoy more of the pure fragrance used in this range of sticks. Each variety of Herb & Earth Incense Sticks is based upon a singular fragrance – so is great for creating simple yet bold aromas wherever you burn these.
