DELIVERY
Delivery within the UK
- FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS using Royal Mail 2nd Class 2 - 3 working days
- You may upgrade any order to use Royal Mail's Next Day Delivery by 1 pm (weekdays only) for £9.00
Delivery outside the UK and within Europe
- £10.00 - delivery within 5 - 7 working days
- Outside the UK any Import Duty or Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser
- Using Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed
Delivery rest of the world and outside Europe
- £14.95 - delivery within 1 - 2 weeks
- Any Import Duty or Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser

Once your delivery has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail. Orders received after 12 pm will be dispatched the next working day. Non-UK delivery preferred shipment via Royal Mail but will depend on size and weight. Customers with a delivery address outside of the UK (United Kingdom) may be liable to local import taxes. | |

Cancellations
Customers can cancel their order anytime up to seven working days from the day after they receive the goods.In the first instance, please call us on 020 3039 3003 to discuss the return. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items and ensure that the compensation value covers the value of the item. Please keep your proof of posting certificate as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items which are lost in the post. To receive a full refund the items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Returns
Vectis Karma hopes you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided you have contacted us. In the first instance, please call us on 020 3039 3003 to discuss the return. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items and ensure that the compensation value covers the value of the item.
